The Site
The subject property is an almost square shaped prime site measuring approximately 21.8 acres.
Location
The site is located less than one kilometer East of the Central Business District of Lusaka City.
Neighbourhood

A Railway line to the West of the site provides extra access to the site and gives it an advantage in terms of bulk goods delivery. The above network means that the site is extremely accessible.
Existing Development
Existing development basically comprise a light industrial estate built in the early 1940s. The main built up structures include offices, warehouses, workshops and storerooms. The existing structures are all generally simplistic in design and thus do not pose very serious demolition challenges. The total built up area is approximately 17,000mē.
Proposed Development
The site lends itself to a mixed use by reason of its character and location.
